Stephanie J. McCulloch was born in Clare, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1999. In December, 2002, she earned her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law.

Stephanie McCulloch is a member of the Florida Bar (2003), the Lake County Bar Association and the Lake-Sumter Inns of Court. She works with partner, Stephen W. Johnson handling insurance defense, workers' compensation defense, employment and labor litigation, civil rights defense, employment contracts and non-compete litigation, general liability defense as well as various litigation matters for the Lake County School Board, the City of Leesburg and other private and public clients. Ms. McCulloch also drafts personnel policy manuals, advises large and small public and private employers on a wide variety of personnel issues, and provides training and seminars to managers and supervisors regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws.

On November 1, 2010, Ms. McCulloch was elected to the Board of Directors of the Firm.
