Lindsay C. T. Holt was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 24, 1981.  She moved to Lake County, Florida in 1996 and is a graduate of Leesburg High School.  She spent two years in the honors program at the Florida State University where she obtained her Associate of Arts Degree in 2002.  In 2004, after transferring to Flagler College, she received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and political science.  As an undergraduate, she became a member of the Psy Chi International Honor Society. Lindsay Holt received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University’s College of Law in 2007.  While at Stetson, she received the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award, for excellence in trial advocacy.  Before graduating law school, she interned in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lindsay Holt was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007.  She is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Lake-Sumter Inns of Court.  Lindsay Holt sits on the Board of Directors for Altrusa International of Lake County, Florida and the Lake County Bar Association. In 2008, she founded the Lake County Young Lawyers Association.

Lindsay Holt joined the firm in 2011.  She practices out of the downtown Leesburg office and assists partner Phillip Smith in handling complex civil commercial litigation.
