McLin & Burnsed looks for associates who we believe can become partners in the law firm. While we seek lawyers with strong academic backgrounds, our hiring decisions are not based solely on transcripts. We are interested in personable, articulate, energetic candidates who have well rounded interests and value teamwork, independent thinking and creativity. We want to hire those candidates who share our vision and commitment to providing exceptional value-added legal services with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and efficiency.

Support Staff

McLin & Burnsed employs more than 50 non-attorney support staff - paralegals, legal administrative assistants, accounting professionals, receptionists, records techs and couriers. We pride ourselves on the number of tenured staff who have been with the Firm for more than five years. In fact, we have a tenure award program that highlights the importance of our staff to the overall well-being of the Firm. While we are always looking for experienced people, we like to recognize potential when we see it and hire with a view to training the right candidate on the job.
