Gary Fuchs was born on January 1, 1970 in Lubbock, Texas, but has lived in Florida since 1976. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1991, he then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1995. Upon graduation, Gary Fuchs was hired by the Florida Association of Realtors as in-house legal counsel and held that position until February, 2001. At that time, Gary Fuchs joined the Firm as an associate working with partner R. Dewey Burnsed practicing residential real estate law.

In February, 2004, Gary Fuchs became a partner and continues to practice real property law at the Firm's Lake Sumter Landing office. He is a member of the Florida Bar (1995) and Sumter County Bar Associations and a member of the Florida Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
